Delete Your PramGo Account

This page applies to the app "PramGo — Delivery & Rides" (package name: com.pramgo.pramgo), published on Google Play by Meloshtech.

You can request deletion of your PramGo account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to zanacode89@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my PramGo account".
2. Send it from the email address registered to your PramGo account, or include your registered phone number, so we can verify the request.
3. We will confirm by email once your account and data are deleted (within 30 days).

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email, phone number, password)
• Your saved device notification token
• For riders/drivers: uploaded ID documents, selfie and licence photos
• Your chat messages

What may be kept

Completed order records may be kept for a limited period in anonymised form for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, as permitted by law.

How long it takes

Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days, and we will confirm by email once done.
